Understanding Case and Case Action Priority

In Case Manager, coloured priority icons help you quickly understand how each case and case action is progressing and which ones need your attention first. Each case & case action is assigned a coloured icon. These icons show the current status of the case and case actions and indicate their priority.

Red Icons - This case or case action has missed its deadline and requires immediate attention.Amber Icons - Means the case or case action is close to its deadline.
 Green Icons - Green icons show that a case is progressing as scheduled and is still within its deadline

Purple Icons - Means the case or case action has been successfully resolved.

By checking these coloured icons, you can quickly understand case progress and focus on the tasks that matter most.
