Case and Case Action Priority

Case and Case Action priorities are indicated by coloured icons which sit next to the Case or Case Action. These icons tell the user how the case is progressing and which cases should take priority.

There are four coloured icons available in the Case Manager:

1.  Red - A warning to notify you that a case has gone past its resolution time and requires urgent attention.
   
   
2. Amber - A warning to notify you that a case has almost gone past its resolution time, and requires attention.
3. Green - A notification that a case is progressing as scheduled, within its resolution time.
4. Purple - A notification that the case has been completed.
