At some customers' request, we’ve introduced an additional option to Case Hub which will now allow caseworkers to create clients without making a case.
This can be seen under the ‘Matching Records’ section of Case Hub as a toggle button.
This toggle button will always default to the off position which can be seen here in grey.
If you would like to create a client without a case, click the toggle button and the switch should now change colour.
You can then choose to save as normal.
➡ Note: This feature can also be included and restricted by roles, teams and partnerships.
