Improved Message Sending in Case Manager

What is New for Message Sending?


We’ve improved the way you interact with the message sending feature in Case Manager. When selecting ‘Send Message’ on a case screen, you will now get a pop up window instead of having to load a new screen.

You can then select your message type, Email or SMS,  and any available templates as normal. 



For sending Emails, we have added some text editing buttons similar to those used in word processing programmes. 


For SMS messages, to help make sure that your message will send, we’ve added a character limit on the SMS screen to display the size of each message. As you work on your message, the counter will increase until you reach the maximum.



As an extra reminder, the green icon will turn red once the message size has reached the limit.
