Case Hub - Case Manager Setup Guidance

Enabling Case Hub for Case Manager

To Enable Case Hub on a system. Create a new role titled 'Case Hub'. User Roles can be found and created via the Administration page under 'User Roles':

Apply the following privileges to the role:

Privilege Name
Enable
AddressRetrieveMetadata
CaseActionCreate
CaseCreate
CaseGet
CaseInvolveClient
ClientAddType
ClientCreate
ClientEdit
ClientGet
ClientList
ClientUpgrade
RoleGet
UserCheckPrivilege


You’ll also need to apply the following Role Classes:

Role Class
Enable
class uk.co.iizuka.casemanagement.axiom.kozo.role.InternalDataSubmissionServiceRole
class uk.co.iizuka.casemanagement.role.CaseHubRole (Add to "User" user role also)


Apply the new role to the necessary users, and remove the following Role from the default user role:

Remove Class
Disable
class uk.co.iizuka.casemanagement.role.CaseCreateRole


➡ Note: You may have to log out and back into the system for the changes to take place.
