Is Case Manager secure?

Are staff at IIZUKA security cleared?

  • Yes, all staff at IIZUKA undertake security clearance and are SC cleared.

Is there a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) feature available?

  • In place of MFA, Case Manager offers SSO (Single Sign-On) as a significant security feature.

Are there any download requirements for Case Manager?

  • No, Case Manager is a cloud-based solution.  Case Manager is accessed via web browsers.  All modern web browsers are supported.

We have an organisation firewall in place. Will this affect the system and its functionality?

  • Case Manager will need to be whitelisted to your firewall, allowing access to the system.

Does Case Manager offer any customer support?

  • IIZUKA has a dedicated in-house support team that handles all customer support inquiries and incidents. You can raise a ticket via support@iizuka.co.uk

Can I run reports in Case Manager?

  • Yes. Case Manager has an inbuilt report engine which allows you to create and run your own reports.

Does Case Manager integrate with MS Office 365?

  • Yes, Case Manager offers a number of MS Office 365 integrations, including Outlook email and calendar integration.

Does Case Manager have any integration with Outlook?

  • Yes, Case Manager supports Outlook integration.

Can we populate our referral form on our website directly into the software? 

  • Yes, Case Manager has an API that you can use to populate your referral.

Does the system have tablet responsiveness?

  • Case Manager is a cloud/web-based system that can be accessed from any mobile or tablet device.

Is it possible to accommodate slightly different requirements for different services?

  • Yes, Case Manager is a multi-tenancy system, with multiple organisations having their own case actions.

Can we send forms/letters electronically to clients via the system?

  • Yes, Case Manager supports the function to allow forms & letters to be sent straight from the system.

Is there a feature to send reminders of appointments to clients?

  • Yes, Case Manager supports SMS & Email messages sent directly from the system.
